Welcome
Leadership Morgan County
Leadership Morgan County is sponsored by the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and is designed to be a community leadership development program. Each year ten to twelve individuals who are or show the potential for community trusteeship learn more about the county, enhance leadership skills and build a network of fellow leaders through the Leadership Morgan classmates.
The goals of Leadership Morgan are to bring about a better understanding of local government, to encourage wider participation in local government, and to create a better awareness of government services available to the citizens of Morgan County.
Leadership Morgan County trains leaders for lifelong commitment to leadership by creating awareness of issues that affect the Morgan County area.
Participants in the Leadership Morgan County classes represent a cross section of Morgan County, including business, organized labor, government, education, civic groups, health services, and community organizations.
Candidates may make application for future classes by contacting the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce at 423-346-5740.
